At customportraits.shop, we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind custom artwork based on your personal photos. Because our products are 100% digital and custom-made specifically for you, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work and the digital delivery method, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and the illustration process has begun.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges because a digital file cannot be "returned" once it has been sent to you.

• By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing a digital product and understand that no physical item will be shipped.

2. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee

While we do not offer monetary refunds, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our art with our Unlimited Revisions Guarantee.

• We will work with you until you are happy. After we complete the initial drawing, we will send you a proof for approval.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with the drawing, simply let us know what needs to be changed.

• We will continue to make edits to the illustration (such as adjusting colors, facial features, or small details) until you approve the final design.

3. Revision Scope & Reference Photos

Please choose your reference photo carefully before uploading.

• Revisions include: Small changes to the existing drawing ("Make the hair lighter," "Fix the nose shape," "Change the background color").

• Revisions do NOT include: Changing the reference photo entirely.

  • If you wish to change the reference photo after we have already drawn the portrait, this requires starting from scratch and will be treated as a new order (or subject to a significant redesign fee).

4. Order Cancellation

• If you placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately.

• We can only process a cancellation/refund if our artists have not yet started working on your order. Once the drawing process has begun, the "No Refund" policy applies.

5. Unusable Photos

In the rare event that the photo you provided is too blurry or low-quality for us to use, we will email you to request a better photo. If you are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion before any work is done.
